TORRINGTON – Pamela Smith, 78, of Torrington, passed away Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Her memorial service will be 11 a.m. on Friday, October 25, 2024, at All Saints Episcopal Church in Torrington with Reverend Kenli Barling officiating. Pamela was born in Wichita Falls, Texas to Bruce M. and Estelle A. (Manners) Porter. She later moved to the Denver, Colorado area. She married Ray Smith and they spent 45 wonderful years together. Pamela was an active member of the “Red Hat Ladies”. She also enjoyed square dancing and the occasional cup of coffee with friends.
Pamela was preceded in death by her parents and husband Ray. She is survived by her daughter Heather (Bill) Jauncey of Torrington; grandsons Anthony Smith-Sitterly of Missouri and Brandon (Kotta) Smith of Torrington; great grandchildren Chevy and Bjorn Smith.
