YODER – Young athletes from Southeast Elementary School highlighted their basketball skills during halftime at the varsity game between the Southeast High School Cyclones and Niobrara County High School on Saturday, February 10.

The future Cyclones and Lady Cyclones divided themselves into two teams and played a brief pickup game. 

Participants showcased their techniques in rebounding, shooting inside and outside the perimeter, free throws, passing, dribbling and ball handling as each team switched from offense to defense.

Final results were still pending at press time, but by all appearances, fun was had all around. 

The Cyclones and Lady Cyclones can both look forward to gaining solid up-and-coming players.
