LUBBOCK, TEXAS – Elizabeth Ann Stovall, 84, of Lubbock, Texas, passed away on Sunday, May 4, 2025. Elizabeth was born on August 18, 1940, in Scottsbluff, to Ray and Violetta (Hildebrand) Worrell.
Elizabeth attended Torrington High School, where she met Ronald Schwartzkopf, and they were married on August 3, 1957. Out of this union, they were blessed with five children: Cindy, Mike, Larry, Tammy, and Lisa. Elizabeth enjoyed staying at home and raising her family.
Elizabeth enjoyed sewing, cooking, and traveling. She especially loved taking care of others. She was an avid animal lover and loved Bassett Hounds. She had rescued several basset hounds throughout her life.
Those left to honor her memories include two sons, Mike (Deb) Schwartzkopf of Lubbock, and Larry (Polly) Schwartzkopf of Oshkosh; two daughters, Cindy Ward from Lott, Texas, and Tammy (Dave) Relka from Scottsbluff. She leaves behind 12 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren. Elizabeth is also survived by her sister, Sandra Stovall, and brother, Jack Worrell, both of Torrington, WY.
Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, Jack Stovall and William Galitz; daughter, Lisa Kay; sister, Lynn Kuempel; and son-in-law, Carroll Ward.

Services will be at Dugan Kramer Memorial Chapel, June 6th at 10 a.m. The burial will be later. Cremation has already taken place.
