NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the West Highway Water & Sewer District will hold an election on Tuesday, November 3, 2026 for two positions on the Board of Directors. On the ballot for (2) four year terms: Jerry Canaday, Michael Bond, and Craig Eddington. Polls will be open from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm at the offices of Weisshaar & Associates, LLC, 241 East 21st Avenue, Torrington, WY.
