Patricia Jean Temme
Memorial services for PATRICIA JEAN TEMME, 78, will be held at 2pm on Friday, June 26, 2026 at Our Savior Lutheran Church-2973 East B Street-Torrington, Wyoming and also at 10:30am at Our Savior Lutheran Church -5801 Dell Range Blvd-Cheyenne, Wyoming on Saturday June 27, 2026. Patricia passed away at Davis Hospice in Cheyenne on June 14, 2026 following an extended hospital stay. Burial in Valley View Cemetery took place on June 17. In lieu of flowers the family encourages memorials be directed to the congregation’s youth programs. Patricia was born to Paul and Nellie (Goodman) Annis on August 28, 1947 in Akron, Ohio. She was baptized at Zion Lutheran Church in Akron and later confirmed. She attended Zion Lutheran elementary school and graduated from Glenwood High School in Canton, Ohio in 1965. She attended St. John’s Jr. College in Winfield, Kansas, graduating in 1967 with an Associate of Arts Degree. Patti was then employed by Lutheran Family Services in St Louis, Missouri where she worked until 1973. While in St. Louis she married Marvin Temme in 1970. To this union three children were born, Melissa, Aaron and Lynn. In 1980 the Temme’s moved Torrington, Wyoming where she operated “Patti’s Day Care” out of the home until retiring in 2015. In 2023 they moved to Cheyenne to be closer to doctors and additional medical services.
Patti was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Ronald and Richard. Survivors include brothers Robert (Karen) and Rodney (Patrice) and a sister Susan Annis, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
