Jody Dean Eisenbarth was born on September 27, 1971, in Torrington to Ronald and Linda Eisenbarth. After spending most of his life in Wyoming, Jody moved to Montana. He was an adventurous outdoorsman. Jody loved all types of sporting events and was a natural born athlete. Jody’s passion was for wrestling. While in high school he was a state champion wrestler. Jody loved to keep his family and friends on edge while watching his matches. He seemed to always take it to the final second before securing his win.

Jody was full of determination and incredibly strong-willed. Jody’s pride and joy in life was his son, Taylor. Jody will be remembered for his big heart and his love for others. He could make a stranger feel like family. Although his passing was sudden, we were left with a reminder that he loved the Lord and would now dwell in the Lord’s house forever. A few days after his accident Jody’s father returned to the site of the wreckage. Through the charred debris and chaos of such a tragedy he spotted a page from Jody’s Bible on the ground. Psalms 23. A reminder of peace, comfort, and everlasting life we are all promised-even in the shadows of death. This was Jody’s favorite passage in the Bible.

Those left to cherish his memory are son Taylor Eisenbarth, father Ronald Eisenbarth, sister Holly Wendling, twin brother Jamey Eisenbarth, two nieces Shaya and Shelby and nephew Alexander. Jody was preceded in death by his loving mother Linda Eisenbarth, daughter Amber Dawn Eisenbarth. Paternal grandparents Paul and Delorus Eisenbarth and maternal grandparents Ed and Ruth Weglin.
