WRIGHT CITY, Mo. – Mary (Guion) McBroom of Wright City passed away peacefully on Thursday, Dec. 1, 2022 at her home, with her family at her side. She was born on Dec. 10, 1939 in Vicksburg, Mississippi, to the late Lee and Katie (Davidson) Guion. Mary had reached the age of 82 years.

Memorial Services for Keith Owen Perry, 94, will be held Dec. 5, 2022, at 1:30 p.m. at North Hills Baptist Church in Lingle.

TORRINGTON – Ruth Ann Yinger finished her earthly pilgrimage on Nov. 25 at the age of 89 years.

LINGLE – Richard “Dick” Shelby Schutt, 88, of Lingle, passed away Sunday, Nov. 13 at the Goshen Care Center in Torrington. He was born on July 25, 1934, in Torrington, to parents Mary (Moffott) Schutt and Fred Schutt.

LAKEWOOD, Colo. – Elizabeth “Lizzie” Vanderpoel Yaden, 41, died on October 31, 2022 at the hospital in Lakewood. She was born in Torrington, Wyoming in 1981 to Philip and Rebecca Vanderpoel. She graduated from Torrington High School and served as Prom Queen and Class President.

INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – Former Torrington resident, Fr. Harold Smith, died in Indianapolis, Indiana, on Nov. 2, 2022. He was Rector of All Saint’s Episcopal Church in Torrington from 1991-1995 and directed the College Community Choir and taught philosophy at Eastern Wyoming College during his tenure as Rector.

LAGRANGE – Funeral services for N. Lavonne Ward, 86, will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, November 18, 2022 at Frontier School of the Bible in LaGrange. Burial will follow in the LaGrange Cemetery.

TORRINGTON – Florance E. Haug, 91, of Torrington, died on Saturday, November 12, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Thursday, November 17, 2022 at the Kimball Presbyterian Church with Pastor Alan Foutz officiating.

TORRINGTON – Donna Mary Miller, 76, passed away suddenly Nov. 1, 2022. She was proceeded in death by her parents, LeRoy and Mary Bunning, three brothers, Don Pickinpaugh, Chuck Bunning and Lynn Bunning.

TORRINGTON – Tammy Lynne Nickel, age 58, of Torrington, passed away on Sept. 19, 2022, at Scottsbluff Regional Medical Center in Scottsbluff, Nebraska.

TORRINGTON – Memorial Services for Robert Huper Jr., 78, will be held at the Colyer Funeral Home Chapel in Torrington on November 19, 2022 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Michael Clement officiating. Robert died in Moorhead, Minnesota on October 20, 2022, and cremation has taken place. A private family burial will take place at a later date.

DOUGLAS – Funeral services for Monty Dean Clutter, 76, will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 1, 2022 at the Gorman Funeral Homes – Converse Chapel in Douglas with Pastor Tim Millikin officiating.

TORRINGTON – Elizabeth Jean (Vanderpoel) Yaden passed away Oct. 31, 2022. A celebration of life will be held Saturday, Nov. 5, 2022 at 1:30 p.m. at the Vanderpoel farm, 5612 Road 53, Torrington.

TORRINGTON – Robert “Bob” Willard passed away Oct. 20, 2022. He was the former mayor of Yoder, former janitor at the Yoder school and was the pastor at Torrington’s Seventh Day Adventist Church.
