LARAMIE – Richard C. Albert, 74, was called home to our lord January 7th 2024, at Cheyenne VA Medical Center following a hard fought battle.
Richard was born July 7, 1949, in Philipsburg, to Clarence and Gloria (Phillips) Albert.
After high school Richard enlisted in the Airforce where he was an HVAC specialist. After moving to Wyoming, he transferred to the Wyoming Army Guard.
Richard graduated from WyoTech in Laramie with a degree in automotive paint and body.
He enjoyed fishing, camping, motorcycles and old muscle cars.
He is survived by his loving wife of 49 years, Debra Albert; sons, David Albert, Brent Albert and their spouses; three sisters; three grandsons; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his son Bradley Albert; and brother Allen Albert.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, January 22, 2024 at Greenhill Cemetery Laramie WY with Military Honors.
