NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE ESTATE OF ROGER NEIL KUXHAUSEN, DECEASED:
On September 10, 2026, Nancy Gail Dyson, filed in the office of the Clerk of the District Court of Goshen County, Wyoming, an application for decree establishing the right and title to the property of the estate of Roger Neil Kuxhausen, deceased, to-wit:
REAL PROPERTY:
Lot E in the Diamond Mill Estates Subdivision, City of Torrington,
Goshen County, Wyoming.
which estate does not exceed $400,000.00 in value.

Said application is set for hearing on the 29th day of October, 2026, at 8:30 a.m., at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, in Torrington, Wyoming, when and where any party shall come forward who has objections to the prayer of said application to vest and set over the right and title to the property pursuant to the intestate laws of the State of Wyoming.
