NOTICE OF AFFIDAVIT AND APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION

TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:
You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of September, 2026, an Affidavit and Application for Decree of Distribution was filed as Probate No. 2026-CV-0000080, in the District Court, Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, Wyoming, pertaining to real property located at Road 72, in Goshen County, Wyoming, more particularly described as:
The Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE/4SE/4) Section Twenty (20); and the West Half of the Northwest Quarter (W/2NW/4) and the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW/4SW/4) of Section Twenty-One (21); all in Township Twenty-Nine North, Range Sixty-Two West of the Sixth Principal Meridian (T29N, R62W, 6th P.M.), containing 160 acres, in Goshen County, Wyoming.

In the Application, Natalie C. Borchers claims the property owned by the Decedent for the Ralph & Leola Borchers Living Trust. Any action to set aside the Application must be filed in the above Court within thirty days from the date of the first publication of this notice.
