FINAL SETTLEMENT WITH AND PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR; REQUIRED NOTICES
NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF CONTRACT
To all persons, firms, or corporations who have any claim for any work done, or any material furnished to Goshen County Construction, LLC, P.O. Box 912 Torrington, WY 82240, for the LaGrange Elementary Kitchen Equipment Replacement Project.
You are hereby notified that Goshen County School District No. 1, 626 West 25th Avenue, Torrington, WY 82240, has accepted substantial completion according to the Contract Documents and rules set forth in the contract between Goshen County School District No. 1 and the aforesaid Contractor of the work in connection with the LaGrange Elementary School Kitchen Equipment Replacement Project, and that said Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore. Acceptance having been made, final payment for work completed is now due to the contractor in accordance with the terms of the contract. Any disputed claims for material and labor performed under the contract should be made known to Marcy Cates, Business Manager, Goshen County School District No. 1, 626 West 25th Avenue; Torrington, WY 82240, telephone (307) 532-2171 prior to the date of final payment.
You are further notified that upon the 1st day of October, 2026, being the 41st day after the first publication of the notice, said Goshen County School District No. 1 will pay Goshen County Construction, LLC the full amount due under said contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with Goshen County School District No. 1 prior to said 1st day of October, 2026, same shall be waived.
This notice is given pursuant to Section 16-6-116, Wyoming Statutes, 1982.
