This letter shall serve as notice to you, pursuant to W.S. 29-1-312, that Newman Properties LLC, P.O. Box 774 Saratoga Wyoming 82331, recorded a storage lien against your property interest on 8/10/26 in the Goshen County, Wyoming real property records. The amount of the lien claim is $927. A copy of the Lien Statement is enclosed for your reference.

If you wish to claim this property, you must notify me within fifteen (15) days after receipt of this notification and pay the total charges due of $927. If you do not claim this property and pay the charges due, this property will be advertised for sale and sold by auction at www.cheyenneauctioneers.com starting on 9/4/26.
