PUBLIC NOTICE

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

Notice is hereby given that the City of Torrington, Wyoming will receive proposals from qualified design build contractors for the engineering, procurement, and installation of:
a new turnkey irrigation system for Pioneer Park.
as called for in the Request For Proposal for the FY27 – Pioneer Park Irrigation Improvements. All proposals must be submitted to Dennis Estes, Buildings & Grounds Superintendent, 436 East 22nd Avenue, Torrington, WY 82240 by 2:00 P.M. Local Time, on the 2nd day of September, 2026. The City will evaluate all proposals received and will execute an Agreement for Professional Services with the selected contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.

A complete Request for Proposal document in pdf format may be obtained after the 7th day of August, 2026, from Building & Grounds Superintendent via email request (destes@torringtonwy.gov).
A mandatory pre-submittal conference shall be held at 1:00 P.M. on the 26th day of August, 2026 in the City Hall Conference Room, 436 East 22nd Ave., Torrington, Wyoming.
