PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION OF PUBLIC WORKS PROJECT
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Lingle, Wyoming, has issued a Certificate of Substantial Completion to Goshen County Construction, LLC. for work performed on the Lingle Landfill Closure Project Storage Building Construction, located within Goshen County, Lingle, Wyoming.
The work has been accepted as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents. The General Contractor is entitled to final settlement and payment under the contract on the 41st day after the first publication and posting of this notice.

Therefore, on September 10, 2026, the Town of Lingle will pay to the Contractor the full amount due under said contract.
All corporations, firms, or individuals having claims for labor, materials, or supplies furnished in the execution of this contract shall file their verified claim with the Town of Lingle at the Lingle Town Hall, P.O. Box 448, 220 Main St, Lingle, WY 82223 before the settlement date specified above. Failure to file a claim prior to the date of final settlement will waive any right to recovery against the municipality or the retained funds.
