PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
All creditors and other interested parties take notice that Cottonwood Acres Improvement and Service District has accepted as completed according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth in the contract for the following project Cottonwood Potable Ground Water Well Project, completed by White Mountain Operating LLC. and their subcontractors.
Upon the Forty-first (41) day after the first publication of this notice, which is September 1, 2026. The Owner will pay to the contractor(s) the full and\or partial amount due under the contract barring all receipts of lien waivers are received. Nothing in this notice shall be construed as relieving the Contractor and Sureties on its bond from any claim or claims for the work or labor done, materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Agreement. Any person, agency, corporation, or other entity having claims for labor and materials furnished to the Contractor from this project shall present a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of the same Cottonwood Acres Improvement and Service District prior to the day specified for final payment. Failure on the part of the claimant to file such a statement will relieve White Mountain Operating, LLC. from any and all liability on such claim.
