NOTICE OF STOCKHOLDERS ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting of Stockholders of the Lucerne Canal and Power Company will be held at the University of Wyoming SAREC, Lingle, Wyoming on Monday January 12, 2026 at 1:00 o’clock p.m. for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
