NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE

That Susan Barrett McKiney died on the 17th day of June, 2025 in Goshen County, Wyoming. That Donald E. McKiney, sole heir of the deceased, on the 22nd day of October, 2025, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Goshen County, State of Wyoming, his Application for Decree of Summary Distribution, pursuant to W.S.§ 2-1-201 and 2-1-205, praying that the Court adjudge the following be distributed to-wit:
100% to Donald E. McKiney

Real Property
An undivided one-third (1/3) interest in:
Lot “B” Eastfield Townhouses – Phase 1, Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming, according to the Plat recorded January 14, 1985 in Plat Book II, Page 9, Goshen County Records.
Personal Property
2012 Subaru with VIN 4S4BRCAC7C3261049
That the said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Goshen County Courthouse, Torrington, Wyoming, at 8:30 a.m. on the 24th day of November, 2025, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief;
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter a Decree of Summary Distribution setting over the above-described real property and personal property as set forth above.
