Applicant is applying for a; Preliminary Plat. For a 2.03 Acre, 5-6-lot Subdivision to be known as; “Hattan Subdivision”.
Legal Description: Block 7, Lot 1. Capital Hill Addition to the Town of Torrington, and lots 19-30 Block 1, Torrington Heights Addition to the town of Torrington
