CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by ONEOK Elk Creek Pipeline, L.L.C. for a Chapter 6, Section 2 permit to operate the Fort Laramie II Pump Station, located in Lot 6 of Section 11, T25N, R64W, approximately eighteen (18) miles west-northwest of Torrington, in Goshen County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F031203 and permit number P0039887 or A0017828. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Goshen County Library, Torrington, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Monday, April 28, 2025.
