PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that the Town of Lingle has accepted the work as completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the Town of Lingle and Bietz Moving Dirt, LLC, pursuant to the “Lingle Landfill Closure” Project Manual and that Bietz Moving Dirt, LLC is entitled to final settlement therefor. On or after the 18th day of February, 2025, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, the Town of Lingle will pay to Bietz Moving Dirt, LLC the full amount due under said contract.
