PUBLIC NOTICE
The City of Torrington will hold a Work Session on November 12, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. in the Lincoln Community Complex Conestoga Room to discuss the Sanitation Ordinance, ordinances relating to servicing customers outside of the City limits and an update regarding the Swimming Pool Rehabilitation Project.
