Advertisement for asbestos abatement bids
NOTICE TO ALL INTERESTED PARTIES
Goshen County School District 1, (Owner) is requesting responsible bids for an asbestos abatement project located at Torrington High School. Interested qualified asbestos abatement contractors must attend a mandatory bid conference on May 17, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. The location is the Technical Education Building on the west side of the campus, just east of the soccer field, 2400 West C Street, Torrington, Wyoming. Look for a stand-alone building with red stucco. Responsible bids will be due in writing, either by mail, courier or shipper (like FedEx) by 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, May 23. Address your sealed bid to: Tech Ed Bldg Abatement Bids, 626 West 25th Avenue, Torrington, Wyoming, 82240. Bid documents are available on May 10, 2024 after 2:00 p.m. by request from Michael Schluterbusch at michael@abbeyem.com, or on Wyoming School Facilities Quest CDN website at http://sfd.wyo.gov/home. Bid Opening is in public at 10:00 a.m. on May 23, 2024 at the District offices, 626 West 25th Avenue, Torrington, Wyoming 82240. The Owner reserves the privilege to reject all bids or any bid or to waive any irregularities in any bid, or to accept any bid which will best serve the interests of the Owner. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date set for the opening thereof.
