ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
1. Sealed Bids for the Tech Ed and SPED Little House Demolition shall be received by Goshen County School District #1 at 626 West 25th Avenue, Torrington, WY 82240, on or before June 4th, 2024 at 2:00 pm local time at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read. Any Bids received after the above specified time will be immediately returned to the Bidder unopened.
The site of the work is located at Torrington High School Campus, Torrington, Wyoming. There will be a voluntary Pre-Bid meeting held at the SPED Little House, West D Street and 23rd Avenue in Torrington at 2:00 PM on May 16, 2024.
The major items of work and approximate quantities under this contract are as follows:

2. The Contract Documents containing the detailed Drawings and Specifications for the construction of the work, together with the proposed construction contract, may be seen at the office of the Consulting Engineers, JEO Consulting Group, Inc/Baker & Associates, 120 East 16th Street-Suite A, Scottsbluff, NE 69361, (308) 632-3123. Complete digital project bidding documents are available at JEO’s website at jeo.com for $30.00. Hard copies may be obtained for a fee of $150.00 (non-refundable). 3. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) unqualified of the amount of maximum Bid price shall be required with each Bid.
4. No Bidder may withdraw his Bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
5. Right is reserved in the interest of the Owner to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the Bids received.
6. Work shall be completed by August 15, 2024.
