NOTICE OF DISTRIBUTION OF TRUST
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE TRUST OF GARY H. DALTON AND PATRICIA JEAN DALTON:
You are hereby notified that the Successor Trustee, Hilltop National Bank, Casper, Wyoming (“Trustee”) of The Revocable Trust of Gary H. Dalton and Patricia Jean Dalton, Dated October 21, 2015 (“Trust”), intend and have initiated pursuit of appropriate actions to have the assets of the Trust distributed. The Trust is an inter vivos trust created by Gary H. Dalton and Patricia Jean Dalton, (“Grantors”).
TAKE NOTICE THAT, any person or entity having claims against the Trust and/or the assets thereof, are required to file their claims with Counsel for the Trust at the following address:

within 120 days of the last date of publication of this Notice of Distribution of Trust.
TAKE ADDITIONAL NOTICE THAT any person desiring to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust is required to file a complaint challenging the validity of the Trust with the State of Wyoming District Court, 7th Judicial District, Natrona County, Wyoming, Natrona County Townsend Justice Center, 115 North Center Street, Suite 100, Casper, Wyoming 82601, within 120 days of the last date of publication of this Notice of Distribution of Trust.
If any person or entity fails to file his/her/its claim, or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of the Trust within the stated 120 day period, such individual or entity shall be forever prohibited from making a claim against the Trust and/or the assets thereof, or commencing any judicial proceeding challenging the validity of The Revocable Trust of Gary H. Dalton and Patricia Jean Dalton, Dated October 21, 2015.
