NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
TO CONTRACTOR
Notice is hereby given that Goshen Irrigation District has accepted the work as completed according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between Goshen Irrigation District and Lanphier, Inc., pursuant to the “56.0 Pipe Replacement” Project Manual and that Lanphier, Inc. is entitled to final settlement therefor. On or after the April 30, 2024, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this Notice, Goshen Irrigation District will pay to Lanphier, Inc. the full amount due under said contract.
