CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 OPERATING PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(g) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Western Proppants, LLC to operate the Buck Mine, which will include exposed acreage, truck loading, stockpiling, and haul activity located in the SE¼ SE¼ of Section 4, T24N, R60W, approximately four (4) miles east-northeast of the Torrington Municipal Airport, 2000 E 20th Avenue, Torrington, in Goshen County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public notice period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F029712 and permit number P0037562 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Goshen County Library, Torrington, Wyoming. The public notice period will end on Monday, April 15, 2024.
