Pursuant to W.S. §4-10-507:
1. Miriam A. Bremer (the Decedent) died on the 2nd day of December 2023, a resident of Goshen County, Wyoming.
2. The Decedent created the Miriam A. Bremer Living Trust dated October 6, 2016.
3. Mary Cross and William Price are Successor Trustees of said trust.
4. The Successor Trustees of said trust hereby publish notice of their intent to distribute the assets of the Settlor as permitted under the terms of the trust.
5. Creditors have 120 days from the first publication of this notice to contact the trust or make claims against the assets of the trust. Claims should be addressed to the Trustees of the Miriam A. Bremer Living Trust dated October 6, 2016, in care of Legacy Planning, LLC, 210 E. Custer St., Laramie, WY 82070. Creditor claims not filed within 120 days of the first publication are forever prohibited.
