Notice is hereby given that on the 15th day of December 2023 the applicant whose name is set forth below has filed an application for a retail liquor license transfer from 307 Sports Bar & Grill, LLC to Essential Fuel, LLC in the office of the Clerk of the City of Torrington, County of Goshen, Wyoming.
