The annual meeting of Stockholders of the Lucerne Canal and Power Company will be held at the Lingle Community Center, Lingle, Wyoming on Monday January 8, 2024 at 2:00 o’clock p.m. for the purpose of electing a Board of Directors and transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
