YOU WILL TAKE NOTICE regarding the following described real estate:
Lot 4, Block 8, Original Town of Lingle, Goshen County, Wyoming.
The above described premises was taxed or specially assessed in the names of Richard Scoggan for the year 2018 and the same was sold for delinquent taxes by Leticia Dominguez, Goshen County Treasurer on July 17, 2019 for taxes due to Goshen County, Wyoming. The County Treasurer issued the Certificate of Purchase 16073 to Tracy Elton Brown. The time for the redemption of said real estate will expire on March 29, 2024. Tracy Elton Brown, owner of the Certificate of Purchase of the real estate, will on April 1, 2024, apply to the County Treasurer of Goshen County, Wyoming, for a Treasurer's deed.
There are no known special assessments for local or public improvements which may affect the real estate described herein.
