TORRINGTON – A celebration of life will be held for Michael ‘Mike’ Francis Brandt, 74, on November 4, 2023 at 1 p.m. at the Lingle Community Center with Pastor Tim McCrary officiating, and cremation has taken place. Mike passed away October 20, 2023 in his home in Lingle. Memorials may be given to Waggin’ Tails Shelter in Mike’s name.
