Garcia's Mexican Restaurant carries four generations of family recipes

Pamela Delgado-Garcia opened Garcia's Mexican Restaurant in 2012 in a building at 1818 Main St. that had previously housed a Hardee's. The restaurant later moved to its current location at 1915 Main St., a building that once housed another Mexican restaurant, Grandpa Chuy's.

It's the third Mexican restaurant Delgado-Garcia has owned. It's also the one she's kept.
