My list of Goshen County restaurants I haven’t tried yet is getting short. The Longbranch Steakhouse & Saloon in Hawk Springs was one of the few stops left, and it turned out to be a good one.
The Longbranch has been part of Goshen County since 1963. It started small, in a mobile home-style building on what is now the parking lot, and grew from there. A photo of that original building still hangs above the kitchen window.
