13:28 – Welfare check – Occurred on E I Street. Unable to get ahold of grandparent to check on them and phone is dead / RP advised that RP has tried to call neighbors or friends, but they are all sick and cannot go check on grandparent. Disposition completed.

15:07 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred on Road 72. Came across a dead dog / haven’t messed with it / it was right next to where they are shooting / on Chevrolet pickup. Disposition completed.

Conveyor belt is hanging out into roadway / half mile into Goshen County on road 47 in front of Prairie Center school house / RP states that empty semis are coming to get loaded but it is sticking out to where cars will hit it when semi is not present.

16:28 – Harassment – Occurred on E 18th Avenue. RP is stating that individual is harassing RP’s spouse / individual approached RPs spouse and gave spouse documents about a vehicle accident. Disposition completed.

18:04 – Animal call – Occurred on Road 3. Someone shot and mutilated a mule deer, cut off the horns. Disposition completed.

18:28 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred on E E Street. RP thinks individual violated protection order, RPs child saw a green sedan hatchback parked outside on 19th w/Nebraska plates, one occupant had a blue shirt with flames, when the car saw RPs child it took off east on 19th and then turned onto 20th unk direction of travel from there. Disposition unfounded.

18:42 – Traffic complaints; speed, reckless etc – Occurred on E Valley Road. Crotch rocket tailgating people, rider has a white helmet, headed w bound. Disposition gone on arrival.

18:59 – Motor vehicle accident – Occurred on US Highway 85. 2015 Chevy Silverado VS. deer, air bag deployment no injuries. Disposition completed.

19:18 – Assault – Occurred on Laramie Street. Has a patient that has hit multiple staff and patients. Disposition completed.

Group of kids at park, one child jumped out in front of RP’s car, wearing a blue and white jersey with number 12 on it, child told the RP that they are a police officer and RP thinks child is under the influence of something. 21:19 – Medical aid – Occurred on Main Street. Individual acting odd, RP thinks individual needs a psych eval, sitting on bench. Disposition completed.

23:58 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred on E Valley Road. RP pulled up to the store and there were two bicycles by the garbage cans, RP checked cameras and kids jumped in the garbage and closed the lid, unk if they are still there. Disposition gone on arrival.

01:31 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred on E Valley Road. Have a group of kids on bicycles trying to get adults to buy them alcohol. Disposition completed.

08:19 – Traffic complaints; speed, reckless etc. – Occurred on Us Highway 26. Officer was flagged down by someone asking if whp or the sheriff’s office could patrol the construction zone east of town more as people are ignoring signs and passing all over the place at high rates of speed. Disposition completed.

09:12 – Animal call – Occurred on US Highway 85. Bro-whi dog, unk breed / wearing blu collar with cow tag / RP advised that RP has the dog in truck and is going down the road trying to locate where it belongs and wanted to know what RP could do with it if RP can’t locate the owner. 09:16 – Parking complaints – Occurred on E 25th Avenue. RP advised that there is a boat and trailer that is blocking view when people are trying to pull out/ almost was hit as RP could not see around the boat. Disposition completed.

09:23 – Suspicious person – Occurred on Main Street. RP advised RP was driving and had an older Hispanic individual with a white beard flip them off. Disposition completed.

11:06 – Any civil problem – Occurred on Park Avenue. RP at PD wishing to speak to an officer / advised they have an individual in house who is a belligerent drunk and wants some advice. Disposition completed

19:10 – Suspicious circumstances – Occurred on Road 90. Nissan Titan Cummins charcoal gray and white Suburban with cargo tl, parked on the RPs property, RP asked them yesterday not to open up gate and come onto property. RP advising that they have been drinking and are out there shooting things and making r nervous. Disposition completed.

19:30 – Any civil problem – Occurred on E 25th Avenue. The parent of RPs child won’t give RP child back because child is being punished from getting in trouble today, RP would like an officer to respond. Disposition completed.

22:12 – Suspicious vehicle – Occurred on Road 47 F. An hour ago, a car came flying down the road and parked next to vacant lot next to the RP and RP never saw anyone get out, silver car unk make or model, cannot see plate. Disposition completed.
