HAWK SPRINGS – The second annual Hillbilly’s Poker Run is scheduled for Saturday, June 7 with a check-in time of 9 a.m. at the Longbranch Steakhouse and Saloon in Hawk Springs. Ride out begins at 10 a.m.
The designated route will include a stop at the Corner Bar in Lingle, followed by the third stop at Red’s Bar and Grill in Mitchell. The fourth stop of the run will be at the Union Bar in Gering and riders will return to Hawk Springs for the final stop and after party at the Emporium Restaurant.
There will be an entry fee of $20 per player and extra poker sheets are available at $5 each. Contests will include the best dressed pin-up girl, best dressed bar staff and the loudest exhaust system.
Camping is available, bring a tent or trailer to stay the night.
