TORRINGTON – On Saturday, June 7 Operation Remount Corporation will partner with the Wyoming Mustang Association for the Fourth Annual Spring Mustang Rendezvous, held at the Goshen County Fairgrounds Pavillion.

The event will feature a horse show and the Cowboy Challenge Trail event. Registration starts at 8 a.m. and events will follow at 9 a.m. 

“Come for a meet and greet with program veterans and their mustangs. Participate in the horse show, in hand or under saddle,” the flyer explained. “Participate in the Cowboy Challenge Trail event, in hand or under saddle. Prizes to be awarded to include buckles and ribbons. Activities to include mustang program graduation, silent auction, vendors and concessions.” 

The Bureau of Land Management will be onsite to teach event goers about the mustang and burro adoption program, the flyer noted. Burros are also welcome in the event.
