Goodbye

As my last days at the paper come to a close, I have decided it’s time to say goodbye to our readers. I appreciate all of the support you have given me and the cooperation.

I have enjoyed my time as a local reporter and getting to know you all. For the last year, I have been there to tell specific stories of the amazing people we have in our community, take photos of all of the fun things the children are always doing and report on the many other things going on.

I think we have a pretty special community here. I hope moving forward and getting away from the holiday craziness, everyone will remember to be kind to each other and support those who need it.

Overall, I have enjoyed my experience here, but I am ready to go into a different direction.

These last few days are bittersweet. On the one hand, I’m excited for my new adventure; but on the other, I’m sad to leave where I’m at.

I still plan on taking photos and writing; it just will look a bit different.

I wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Wonderful New Year!
