06:15-Disturbance-Occurred on US Highway 26-85. Rp advising individual in rp’s house who rp wants removed. Individual is refusing to leave and telling pr to call the cops and beat them up. Disposition completed.

06:24-Disturbance-Occurred on US Highway 26-85. Rp called 911 after being told that a deputy was enroute to the disturbance and hanging up during previous call demanding to speak to an officer. When told deputy is enroute rp demanded to speak to an officer right now. Sgt. in dispatch and spoke to rp who continued yelling at sgt. asking sgt. to take rp to jail. Sgt. advised rp that sgt. us unable to assist rp unless requested by deputy as rp is out in the county. Disposition completed.

10:44-Domestic-Occurred on W B St. Ofc with Longmont pd handling a call for a domestic that occurred in Torrington last night. Requesting to speak to a pd officer. Disposition completed.

11:04-Assist the public-Occurred on E I St. Called 911 advising that rp can’t get ahold of a deputy in Cheyenne as they keep hanging up on rp and rp doesn’t know what to do. Advised rp that I am not sure of Cheyenne’s policy and procedures and rp will need to speak to them if it involves them. Rp said thank and then disconnected. Disposition completed.

11:09-Assist the public-Occurred on E I St. Rp called asking to speak to an officer because Cheyenne keeps hanging up on rp. Advised rp that we do not have anything to do with Laramie County or Cheyenne. Rp then hung up and proceeded to call back two more times back to back saying rp was going to commit a crime so that we had to arrest because rp is abusing the phones.

14:30-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on E 3rd Ave. Calling regarding some stolen items that have showed up regarding some stolen property from property. Located property in garage on E 3rd Ave and was given permission from property owners to get stuff he was storing at location and located more stolen items in the garage. Disposition completed.

15:11-Animal call-Occurred on Main St. Believes rp has a cat in attic. Has hard what rp tough was “meowing” the last few days and decided to call today. Disposition completed.

15:53-Animal call-Occurred on E 3rd Ave. Dog showed up and has city tag just trying to get dog back to owner. Advised rp that I would attempt to contact registered owner of dog and give owner rp’s phone number. Disposition unable to complete incident.

06:33-Any civil problem-Occurred on E 22nd Ave. coming from Thermopolis to pick kids up. Court order states for exchange to take place at 0800 but due to inclement weather rp has requested with children’s parent for exchange to take place at 0845 as rp is having to travel at reduced speeds due to weather. Disposition completed.

06:50-Medical aid-Occurred at Evergreen Plaza on E 20th Ave. In common area, fell on December 22 and at the time said didn’t have any injuries. Is unable to walk and is pointing to inner groin on both sides. Disposition completed.

07:16-Motor vehicle accident-Occurred on US Highway 26. Deer vs. vehicle. D/s door is unable to open. No injuries. Disposition completed.

08:40-Harassment-Occurred on US Highway 26-85. Please give a px/individual has been blowing up phone via messages and would like to speak to the deputy that was out there yesterday. Disposition completed.
