03:49-Animal call-Occurred on E Valley Rd. Found a puppy earlier tonight, was going to wait until 8 a.m. and speak with animal control. Puppy started whimpering in the middle of the night and rp didn’t know what to do with it so brought it to the pd. Disposition completed.

16:21-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred at Platte River Schools on W C St. Rp states rp was told rp’s child is going to be jumped by three kids at school. Rp wants a call back from school resource officer in the morning.

16:46-Animal call-Occurred on Kaspiere Rd. Second curve north of Ft. Laramie. Two white cattle out running on road, have been out for two days. Disposition completed. 

18:33-Any civil problem-Occurred on W 15th Ave. Wants it documented that rp’s ex-spouse is going to try and get rp into trouble in ref to their divorce decree and things being returned, says that rp doesn’t need a call back, just wants it documented. Rp says they own a tk together and rp is allowed to use it. Rp would like a px back now, rp says that ex states that rp is now allowed to us it and rp would like to discuss this part with an officer. 16:09-Juvenile problem-Occurred on W C St. Student did not show up to school today. Parent came to school and said they dropped student off at school. No sign of student at school. Officer reviewing video footage. Disposition completed.

16:35-Medical aid-Occurred on Road 32. Rp advising is needing assistance. Had a stroke in February and memory isn’t very well. Issues with bladder control. Disposition completed.

Rp said when rp answered the caller was crying and rp could barely understand what they were saying and they said they need help that they were in an accident. Rp advised that rp could not get any further information. Disposition completed.

16:53-Any civil problem-Occurred on Road 53 D. Please give a phone call, requesting to speak to a deputy, would like to pick up some things tomorrow that are listed on divorce decree. Has been advised that it is a civil matter if rp’s ex-spouse does not give rp their things. Disposition completed.

17:05-Assault-Officer initiated activity at Road 66 Y, Torrington. Rp stated landlord attempted to hit rp after trying to break into rp’s house trailer. Stated landlord was refusing to follow proper eviction process and instead was resorting to physical force. Disposition completed.

Rp advising that rp’s kids have a restraining order in place against a sibling, rp advising that individual who is an associate was just harassing rp’s child, rp says associate was driving by revving engine in a orange sporty2 or 4 door car, rp is going to get child and bring child to pd to speak with officer. Disposition completed.

19:11-Suspicious person-Occurred on W C St. Rp advising that there is an individual standing in the middle of the road. Rp thinks that individual is trying to get hit by a car, just south of the tracks. Disposition gone on arrival.
