09:43-Filthy premise, rv parking, sign, snow, trees, weeds-Occurred on W 15th Ave. At PD requesting to speak to code enforcement officer. Was sent to defrost pipes on a house. When rp went to the house rp turned the lights on, there were sparks flying. Rp advised that there is a young child and a baby that live in the house and rp is afraid.

Rp advised just got a phone call from the driver advised rp has paperwork to serve rp ref child support. Rp advised that rp told individual the case was closed months ago. Rp advised that the vehicle is now parked along the fence line on E 17th Ave. While on px with rp rp advised that the vehicle pulled away. Disposition completed.

17:01-Animal call-Occurred on E 11th Ave. Wanting to know if there is someone at waggin’ tails because rp’s parent has four puppies that parent needs to take out there because parent can’t care for them. Advised rp that parent would need to speak to animal control before the puppies could be relinquished. Rp advised they understood and will talk to the parent. Disposition completed.

Says that individual was over there today and knocked on the door and no one answered, rp advising that individuals relation to neighbor is that individual takes the dog to the groomer, rp would like px back once check in complete. 19:10-Harassment-Occurred on E 22nd Ave. Rp advising that individual will not leave the rp alone, rp lives in Scottsbluff and individual lives here, rp advising that they have an active protection order against individual filed in Scottsbluff. Rp advising that individual keeps trying ot add rp on Facebook and rp wants nothing to do with individual. Disposition completed.

Person left without paying while everyone else was paying. Have tried to contact subject for six months to collect payment and subject will not pay. Disposition completed.
