TORRINGTON – Parents Savannah Woodall and Kyle Hardesty of Yoder announce the birth of a son, Harlan Otto.
Harlan was born at 6:53 a.m. on March 22, 2018. He weighed 7-pounds, 11-ounces and measured 20.75 inches at birth.
Grandparents are Todd and Tina Hardesty of Cody and Georgia Woodall of Torrington.
