07:36-Suspicious circumstances-Occurred on Goshen Street. Someone ran over fence on the west side. Disposition report required.

07:46-Medical aid-Occurred on Railway Street. Fell out of camper, unknown how long patient has been laying there, is conscious and breathing. Disposition completed.

09:11-Traffic atops-Officer initiated activity at Highway 85 Overpass, Torrington. Disposition citation issued.

09:12-Warrant-occurred on E A Street. RP would like to speak to an officer referencing two fugitives. Disposition report required.

09:41-Suspicious circumstances-Officer initiated activity at Main Street, Torrington. Disposition completed.

10:12-Followup on incident or Case-Officer initiated activity at E B Street, Torrington. Contacting owner referencing fence that was broke during foot pursuit. Disposition completed.

10:16-Motorist assist-Occurred on US Highway 26-85. Blew tire on horse trailer parked in median and need some traffic controls so they can get the tire changed. Disposition completed.

10:55-Animal call-Officer initiated activity at East 3rd Street, Lingle. Dog at large at the elementary school. Disposition citation issued.

11:21-Any civil problem-Occurred on E 22nd Avenue. Someone in Torrington has a phone that is in RP’s name. RP wanting to know what RP can do to get the phone back. When DS asked address of person in Torrington and RP’s name, RP would not give any information and said they will contact Gering PD. Disposition completed.

11:31-Community contact-Officer initiated activity at Main Street, Torrington. Downtown walk. Disposition completed.

11:55-Suspicious vehicle-Occurred on E 26th Avenue. Car that goes up and down their alley for the last day, will go around the block and come back down the alley. Dark gray car with dark windows. Does have black plates on it with white numbers, unknown balance. RP advised that they have cameras on the alley. Disposition completed.

11:57-Parking complaints-Officer initiated activity at Main Street, Lingle. Disposition warning for any traffic or other.

11:59-Assist the public-Occurred on E P Street. Had a white Ford pickup come through their bus loop. RP asks if RO could be contacted and asked to not do that any longer. Disposition completed.

13:00-Animal call-Occurred on E F Street. Dogs from address came after RP as RP was at her child’s house across the street. RP advised they may be pit bulls, but not for sure. Three dogs came running at RP full speed and RP had to run to get into pickup. This is not first time this has happened. Disposition citation issued.

Saturday, April 20th – Sunday, April 21st 

01:43-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity on Main Street, Torrington. Disposition, warning for any traffic or other.

05:25-Suspicious person-Occurred on US Highway 26. RP heading E bound almost hit someone walking down the middle of the road on the white line, person was walking westbound wearing all dark clothing. Disposition completed.

06:55-Filthy premise, RV parking, Sign, Snow, Trees, Weeds-Officer initiated activity at West A Street, Torrington. Filth premise. Disposition report required.

08:47-Assist the public-Occurred on East B Street. Has questions referencing paperwork for jury duty. Disposition completed.

09:19-Officer court papers other than warrants-Occurred on West A Street. Serve order to show cause and citation.

09:47-Medical aid-Occurred on E B Street. Sodium levels dropped and patient has been throwing up constantly and cannot stand up. Disposition completed.

10:25-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at Main Street, Torrington. Disposition citation issued.

10:42-Medical aid-Occurred on E J Street. Keeps passing out. Disposition completed.

11:45-Assist the public-Occurred on E 22nd Avenue. Noon county fire pager test. Disposition completed.

12:47-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at US Highway 26, Fort Laramie. Disposition citation issued.

14:09-Reddi-Occurred on Main Street. Employee fired last week due to them being intoxicated. Keeps coming back to the business. Driving around in an older silver Cadillac. RP advised individual has been in the building twice today and is intoxicated. Have had previous physical altercations with individual in the last week. Disposition report required.

14:12-Disturbance-Occurred on East 25th Avenue. Individuals were fighting at Jirdon Park. Now walking eastbound on 25th. Unknown description. One wearing black sweatshirt that said “nobs” or something on it. Appears they’ve now split up. RP advised that there was cussing going on while they were fighting and they tried to tell RP they were pretending. Disposition completed.

14:15-Any civil problem-Occurred on East 6th Avenue. Ex has possession of RP’s phone and RP is wanting to know how RP can et the phone back. Disposition completed.

14:18-Suspicious circumstances-Officer initiated activity at O’Reilly’s, Main Street, Torrington. Individual tried to run across tracks and tripped and fell. Going to make sure individuals not hurt. Disposition completed.

14:22-Scam calls, Monetary/Computer Fraud-Occurred on Campbell Drive. Parent got a phone call saying parent was talking to Black Hills Energy. They asked for social security number. RP advised that parent did give them SS number. Advised RP to contact SSA on Monday to monitor for any potential use of SSN. Disposition completed.

14:23-Followup on incident or case-Occurred on East B Street. Requesting a PX from deputy ref camper. Disposition completed.

14:46-Traffic stops-Officer initiated activity at State Highway 160, Fort Laramie. Disposition warning for any traffic or other.
