The Torrington Youth Series Rodeo kicked off Wednesday night at the Goshen County Fairgrounds. Cheyenne’s Kaige Reisdorfer, above, scrambles to get the ribbon off of the goats tail during the 5-7-year-old goat tail untying event on Wednesday.
