TORRINGTON – A peer support social for veterans meets monthly at the Goshen County Library, offering a place for veterans, spouses and caregivers to connect, share and support one another.
The Veterans Peer Support Social gathers from 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on the following Fridays: Nov. 7, Dec. 5, Jan. 9, Feb. 6 and March 6.
The group meets at Goshen County Library, 2001 E A St., Torrington.

The program is open to veterans who have not enrolled in VA health care. Information is available about benefits earned through military service.
