PUBLIC NOTICE

Northern Feed & Bean, located at 33275 HWY 85, Lucerne, CO 80676, having become licensed under the United States Warehouse Act has requested to have its Wyoming grain warehouse license rescinded. Pursuant to Wyoming Statute section 11-11-105, the Wyoming Department of Agriculture is posting this notice prior to releasing the Company’s warehouse bond. If any person has been injured because of the Company’s failure to perform any of its obligations provided by law, and if that person desires to make a claim against the bond, that person must contact the Wyoming Department of Agriculture to obtain the Notice of Claim form, which must be received by the Department by April 17th, 2026 . Persons submitting a Notice of Claim must either send it by certified mail to: Wyoming Department of Agriculture; Attention: Grain Warehouse; 2219 Carey Ave; Cheyenne, WY 82002; or must contact the Department at (307) 777-6590 to arrange alternative delivery. The Department will disburse the bond after it has completed an audit and made determinations on any claims.
