TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN THE Julie Irene Kilty Revocable Trust dated February 12, 2010:
Pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §4-10-507, you are hereby notified that Kyle Kilty, Trustee of the Julie Irene Kilty Revocable Trust dated February 12, 2010 (the “Trust”), intends to have the property of the settlor of the Trust distributed as permitted under the terms of the Trust. Julie Irene Kilty is the Settlor of the Trust. A creditor may file a claim against the assets of the Trust or commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of a trust that was revocable at the settlor’s death within one hundred twenty (120) days after the first publication of this notice or as otherwise provided in Wyo. Stat. §4-10-507. Claims shall be delivered to Kyle Kilty, c/o Bailey Stock Harmon Cottam Lopez, LLP, 6234 Yellowstone Road, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82009. A creditor failing to file its claim or to commence a judicial proceeding to contest the validity of a trust within the times provided is forever prohibited from making any claim against the assets of the settlor’s trust or commencing any judicial proceeding against the settlor or the assets of the settlor’s trust.
