PUBLIC NOTICE

ADVERTISEMENT (NOTICE TO BIDDERS)
Notice is hereby given that Goshen County will receive sealed bids at the Goshen County Courthouse for the “HRRR 2026 Signs & Delineators Procurement” project until 10:00 a.m. Local Time on Tuesday, July 14, 2026. The work is described in the plans and specifications and on the bid schedule, and consists of the following major quantities (approximately):
Supply Permanent Traffic Control Sign 271 EA
Supply Guardrail Delineators 84 EA
Bid forms, specifications, and plans may be obtained either in digital or hard copy format from BenchMark of Torrington, P.C., 119 East 19th Avenue, Torrington, Wyoming, 82240, (307) 532-3811 or by emailing rachelle@benchmark-torr.com upon payment of $25.00 per set for hard copy or $25.00 per set for digital copy, non-refundable. Bid documents may be inspected at the above listed office from 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Mondays through Fridays.

There will not be a pre-bid conference for this project. In order to bid this project, the Bidder’s name must appear on the list of plan holders held by BenchMark of Torrington, P.C.
Bids must be submitted on proposal forms provided in accordance with the contract documents. This project will be funded with federal funds, and therefore, there will be no Wyoming Preference, and Davis-Bacon wages will apply.
The sealed bids must be marked on the outside of the envelope “HRRR 2026 Signs & Delineators Procurement”. THE BIDS WILL BE OPENED PUBLICLY IN THE COMMISSIONERS ROOM AT 10:00 a.m. Local Time on Tuesday, July 14, 2026.

Goshen County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or schedules, and to waive minor irregularities and formalities therein, and to award the contract in whole or in part in the best interest of the Owner.
