NOTICE OF INTENT TO FORECLOSE MORTGAGE BY ADVERTISEMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to Wayne Stanley Halstead as the record owner(s) or person(s) in possession of
Lots 6 & 7 Halstead`s Addition to the Town of Torrington, Goshen County, Wyoming.
which has an address of 2701 East C Street, Torrington, Wyoming 82240.
This property is secured by a real estate mortgage dated November 6, 2009 and recorded on November 23, 2009 at REC# 898190 in Book 781, Page 33 in the records of Goshen County, Wyoming from GARY ALLEN HALSTEAD AND JUDITH K HALSTEAD, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Nationstar Mortgage LLC for the amount $60,000.00. The Mortgage having been assigned to and now in possession of Arvest Bank, through an assignment recorded on March 26, 2026 at REC# 1007676 in Book 1020, Page 152 in the records of Goshen County, Wyoming.

This Notice is to inform you that the mortgage is being foreclosed by reason of default. The mortgage is currently in default with the amount to payoff being about $43,310.99.
This Notice of Intent of Foreclose Mortgage by Advertisement having been mailed at least ten (10) days prior to commencement of the publication, by certified U.S. mail postage prepaid with return receipt requested, in compliance with Wyo. Stat. § 34-4-103(iv).
