CLAYTON KRUIZINGA hereby give notice that an action to appoint the wrongful death representative of GERLAD KRUIZINGA has been instituted in the Eighth Judicial District in and for Goshen County, Wyoming entitled In the Matter of the Wrongful Death of GERALD KRUIZINGA. Any person claiming to qualify as a wrongful death representative under Wyoming Statute 1-38-104(a) may intervene as a matter of right. Any person who intends to intervene shall serve notice of the intervention on the wrongful death representative’s attorneys: Eric Hinckley, Lowe Law Group, 6029 S Ridgeline Driver, Suite 200, South Ogden, UT 84405 or by written notice to the Clerk of the District Court, Goshen County Courthouse, 2125 East A Street, Torrington, Wyoming 82240.
