NOTICE OF HEARING
BEFORE THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the application of Jennifer Albert for a variance to the provisions of the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Lingle, as provided under Section 503, Board of Adjustments, Zoning Regulations, Town of Lingle, for: An egress window installation variance. Located in Business Zone 1 on the following described real property: 245 Main Street; Lot 18 Block 5 Lingle Original Town. A hearing of the Board of Adjustments will be held in the Council Chambers, Lingle Community Center, Lingle, Wyoming at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th day of June 2026 at which time the application will be considered and all persons interested will be heard.
